Terms

The following are the terms and conditions for participating as a member of the Cash N Email program. Cash N Email reserves the right to revise any or all of this membership agreement from  time to time. Amendments are effective and binding upon being published on this website.

1. Member commissions will be paid by through Paypal.com or we will mail a check.

2. Member commissions must be $25.00 or more in order to receive a commission payment.

3. An individual becomes a Cash N Email member by completing and submitting the online membership application. You must have a valid e-mail address on file and be subscribed to our mailing list at all times. 

4. You must click the link included in the email advertisements sent to you in order to receive credit for reading the e-mail advertisement.

5. Members must be considered active at all times in order to earn commissions on referrals.

6. The number of emails you may receive each day will be in direct proportion to the number of orders we receive each day.

7. You must be 18 years of age or older to join Cash N Email.

8. Cash N Email will not tolerate spam of any kind. Any member reported for spam will be removed from our program and will in turn, forfeit all existing unpaid earnings.

9. Cash N Email respects your privacy to the fullest, and your personal information will never be sold or distributed to outside parties.

10. No Member of Cash N Email may have more than one account. There is a limit of 2 accounts per household. Each account must have their own email address at all times.

11. There is no cost associated with membership to Cash N Email. No guarantee of payment is made between Cash N Email and its members. Cash N Email makes subscriber commission payments based on current and future advertising revenue. Commissions are directly related to the advertising revenue generated by Cash N Email and its partners.

 12. Any subscriber who wishes to terminate their subscription may do so by logging onto our members area and clicking cancel account. Resignation or termination of any Cash N Email subscription results in the permanent loss of the rights to the subscribers, earnings or rewards.
